We’re taking over the June Issue of Lightspeed Magazine. Take a gander at this line-up, folks.
Stefan Rudnicki has been producing the podcasts and John Joseph Adams has been wielding his magic as editor of the Hugo Nominated online magazine for years.
The incredible Assistant Editor of Lightspeed, Christie Yant has high-jacked the June Issue, and has asked me, Gabrielle, to help her DESTROY SCIENCE FICTION. Alexa Althoff will edit the audio, Mur Lafferty will do the intros. It rocks.
We’ve just begun recording the stories. I had to rise before dawn today to Skype long distance to direct Rhonda Eikamp‘s fabulous Sherlock Holmes story THE CASE OF THE PASSIONLESS BEES, a Sherlock Holmes based tale, read by the incredibly talented Jonathan L Howard, author of the stunning Johannes Cabal series. Jonathan will now add “Audiobook Narrator” to his list of many talents. That’s certainly worth missing some shut-eye for!
